Questions, answered
Does it post the review on Google automatically?
No — Google does not allow any website to post or pre-fill a review. Your customer posts from their own Google account: our page copies the draft and opens your review form, so it is just paste and post.
Is this allowed by Google?
Reviews come from your real customers about their real visit. They choose the stars and the points, can edit everything, and every rating — high or low — goes to Google. Please do not ask staff or family to post reviews.
What counts as one review?
One review draft copied by a customer on your page. To protect your package, the same phone counts only once every 6 hours and one network at most 3 times.
What happens when my package runs out?
Your page keeps working with a plain “Review us on Google” button. Recharge from your dashboard and the drafts switch back on.
How long is a plan valid?
Each plan shows its validity, counted from the day it is activated. Your dashboard shows the plan, the end date and the days left. Renew any time: the remaining days and unused reviews carry over. After the end date the page shows a plain “Review us on Google” button until you renew.
